11 Esplanade Court is situated in a U shaped block of apartments surrounding a landscaped garden with a heated swimming pool for the use of guests. Set on a private road just off the main Esplanade, there is a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of this central location.

The living area has a three seater sofa, 2 chairs and occasional furniture. Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player and CD player. Kitchen The kitchenette is equipped with a washing machine, full electric cooker with 4 hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Dining The dining area has a round pine table and 4 chairs. The bedroom has a double bed, single bed, a built-in wardrobe, matching bedroom furniture and 2 chairs. These fabulous apartments, with stunning views across the Exe estuary, provide the ideal base for a really relaxing holiday. Easily accessible by road, rail and water, they sit opposite a small railway station and ferry port to Exmouth's two miles of golden sands and traditional resort facilities.
